Curriculum & Program Development

The curriculum is grounded in student voice, using surveys and focus groups to identify career interests and aspirations. From there, community partnerships are built across industries, allowing students to engage in interactive workshops and field experiences in areas such as photography, fashion design, gaming, education, entrepreneurship, and psychology. The program culminates in a comprehensive career pathway project, where students present their research, experiences, and future goals within their chosen field—demonstrating skill development, self-discovery, and a clear vision for their next steps.
